• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands according with the rules of BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC).

• You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the BVI for the purpose of litigating any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
